Had an initial visit for my son with Dr. Zimmer. Seemed nice enough during the appmt and was told the findings would be sent to his dentist so we could get a referral to move ahead with treatment. This was supposed to be sent the next day. It was not; when we checked in a few days later we were told Dr. Zimmer was on vacation and since they are not electronic the record could not be accessed until she returned a week later. Excellent staff. Dr. John is personal, listens to concerns, and doesn't rush to spend patient's money

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
