you can hardly ever reach the manager. she's hardly ever in her office, she hardly ever answers her phone, or texts. when you do get ahold of her, which is almost impossible, she accuses a person of being rude, blah ,blah, blah. even though she's the one being rude and hateful. the maintenance guy is hardly ever around. he lives in clay center and shows up randomly one day a week, for just so many hours and leaves. a maintenance guy and also a manager basically don't exist here. they don't have very many tenants here. and mo... read more
STAFF STEAL AND THEY RETALIATE AGAINST TENETS and hallways are roach infested.
i would never recommend living at prairie view estates in ogden ks. you will regret it. i give this place minus 500 stars. its horrible. the management is god awful and absolutely everything else is horrible. run from this place. run run run
