I have not been to the dentist in, honestly, I don't even remember how long! I finally got up the courage to call and make an appointment with Prairie View, as several people I know go here and have given it great reviews. I talked to Megan, and she was above and beyond kind, compassionate and very helpful!! My appointment is in couple weeks, and hoping it goes as well as it did with Megan!!
Not organized Strange place. did my yearly exam....mentioned a cavity - got no estimate....tried to make an appointment and they were confused about what tooth, when, where.....went somewhere else to get it filled.
Wonderful Staff Prairie View Dental is great. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office is clean and the atmosphere is nice. They are great with scheduling you for a time that is best for you, even if it's 7 a.m. And, they schedule you with the same dental hygienist at every visit so they really take the time to get to know you and your needs. I would recommend them to everyone!!
Don't make a mistake. My wife, kids and I have been going there for over 10 years. Was happy with service, but was treated like a criminal when I had a $56 check bounce. Mind you, it was the only time in 10 years it had happened or that I had ever had any sort of billing issue. They not only charged me $29 for the bounced check(which I understand and will pay) but have forbide me to pay in any other way other than Credit card or cash. Dont use Prairie View Dental. I missed an appointment. My bad. I take full responsibility. $50.00 fee. I rescheduled an appointment over 30 hour advance notice. Still $50.00 fee. I have to put my dog down so unfortunately had to cancel again. $50.00 fee. Apparently their policy is 48 hour notice of which I was not aware and was not told when I rescheduled the first visit.
