We had PVBBQ cater our wedding and it was a great experience from start to finish. I had a guest from Texas tell me how good the brisket was and a guest from North Carolina tell me how good the pulled pork was, among a slew of other compliments. They were accommodating to our request of having a vegetarian/vegan option for certain guests and overall very easy to work with. Could not recommend more.

We catered Prairie View Barbecue for our sons first birthday party and had the absolute best experience. The food was incredible and our guests wouldn't stop raving about it! Everyone wanted to know where it was from. The portions were great, they were easy to work with, and arrived on time. Definitely recommend for any event!
I was at a wedding which they catered. Very tasty food and I loved the smores bar!
