All buildings need to be remodeled, appliances old rusty and out dated, lots of mice and roaches
I advise anyone looking to rent to RUN and fast!!! The management is unethical, the apartments themselves are riddled with mice, roaches, mold and also lead!! this property has had horrible upkeep and has been run to the ground by poor property management, the lack of maintenance and inhabitable living conditions. Repairs are rare and the Landlord retaliates when you are aware of your rights and exercises that when seeking repairs and pest control, lead in walls you name it!!
