Absolutely do not move into these apartments it’s a nightmare I don’t even know where to begin I’ve been here for little over 2 years and it gone down hill the management is the worse of it all they simply do not care you bring up any problems and they just dismiss them the rent is way too high your not getting none of the amenities that they say they have the parking lot is a mess pot hole everywhere the building are not secure anybody can just come and go as they please know matter what time it is the hallways smells like ... read more
Overpriced rent and laundry, literally can't get a smaller apartment (studio) and I'm paying almost $1,200 a month. Plus the 3.75 per single load of laundry in small washing machines. They claim to be "low income housing" but that couldn't be further from the truth
Money making scam in towing residents vehicles, office staff won't help, office staff shows up to work whenever they feel like and don't keep their posted business hours, rude and unprofessional.
Andrii does very good work, clean efficient goes above and beyond expectations. He even noticed an electrical outlet that was faulty and changed.
