The amenities don't work (no swimming pool since the day I've moved in) outrageous prices and still no amenities, then for good measure without telling anyone their towing company switched their signs around and had 8 cars towed then still once again didn't tell anyone bc I told them I saw the tow guy switch the signs and a prairie view representative e, (johnathan) told me they didn't authorize that and we shouldt get towed. My father lives in one of these apartments. He has been asking for management to replace one air conditioning unit for the past four years. Now that he has cancer, he passes out if it gets too warm in the apartment. He called and left messages and no one ever responds. My Dad is a Veteran and gets treated like crap over there. Poor management and horrible customer service.
Lived here for 2 years and never had an issue. Love my apartment, the maintenance guys are amazing and always show up ASAP. Johnathan in the office is always smiling and willing to help!
Only reason I have stayed here for 2 years is because I was helped by veterans path to hope a great organization that helps veterans. Well now that that’s over I have to pay 1500 in rent. For a 2 bedroom and bath. One that has a running toilet that has been fixed before and fridge that constantly freezes and leaks. Outdated AC and heating units. 2 pools that have not been working for then2 years that I have lived here and outdated gym equipment.
