I love the maintenance workers! They are very quick and efficient with work orders. I appreciate their help with anything I needed! Joe & Andrii especially! I also love my apartment, neighbors, etc!
Absolutely horrible service from their office. My husband and I are trying to find an apartment but quickly realized this wasn’t it. Natalie was late for our appointment and never apologized. There was a problem with the application THEY set up for us and I asked for help. No one has called us back. Their voicemail box is full so I can’t even leave a voicemail. I have never witnessed such a thing. Iris was no help through email. Do better! You guys are embarrassing!
The manager Jonathan harassed me last night and followed me to a gas station and then tried to fight me with his boyfriend . Mind you I am a female and this guy is literally trying to start fights with females . This is is not the type of person you should have running your company .
I've complained before but now there's more, I received a notice about my car, I need to have a digital parking permit for my car or it will be towed, this place is too ghetto for this bs.!
