I got my wife to go here for a t-case relearn and the guy never charged me. My second time going to this shop and would highly recommend anyone to try these guys!
Good Quality Service you can count
Had an intermittent no start problem in park that was very concerning. I had gone to another shop and they told me they could not replicate the issue but to come back when it actually failed, just what I hoped to avoid. Getting stranded in minus 30 winter temperatures is life threatening! Prairie Transmission replaced the neutral safety switch and adjusted the shifter cable solving the problem in an hour, while I waited. Took my car in to have it looked at and even though I didn’t get the news I was hoping for (needs a transmission), the experience was still excellent. The mechanic was honest, straightforward, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis, which says a lot about their integrity. I’d absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, quality service. You don’t find that very often anymore.
