I’m current enrolled in PHP and supportive housing. The PHP groups are way overcrowded. There are over 20 people in the groups. We don’t even get one check in a week. The staff are so over worked that attitudes suffer. This place seeems to be all about herding in people for the almighty dollar. In supportive housing the washing machine has been broken since I got there on the October 3rd. The toilet is broken. i went here voluntarily for a day in 2023, and the only day i was there, i was hit in the head by another patient. the staff grabbed her for a moment, then let her go while she was still a few feet away from me. she came back to hit me again, but luckily she was stopped just before it could happen again. this was a big surprise for me honestly, i would’ve assumed more would’ve been done since she had just physically assaulted me. like, i thought that they’d at the very least separate her from me. moments after this happened,... read more
I went to get mental help and ended up getting jumped inside as a patient in the mental ward floor. I got jumped by 3 patients and nothing was done about it.
My son was admitted to prairie st johns 21 days ago he was there for 18 day an during his whole stay he was self harming himself and no one told me, he was found in a female patients room an they got caught making out an yet again no one told me, for 18 days every phone call he was unstable saying vile things to me an making threats for when he's discharged an the whole time there was an observer monitoring his calls, when they called me for his discharge I told the doctor I was against it an that he's still been self harmin... read more
The front desk personal were rude, also the kids were not aloud to talk to eachother
