If I could give less than one star I would. They violated my rights in more ways than one. 1) Staff showing disrespect and bullying then taking away visitation because I reacted 2) Refused to give me my PRN when I was badly triggered and asked for it 3) Refused to follow doctor's orders 4) Withheld the grievance form from me when I asked to get paperwork to put in a grievance In other words I was NOT treated with dignity and respect. I have been here at Share house for a while . When I came in I was broken, the staff helped me find me day by day ! Anything I need they help me with or find the means to help me get it . I love the way the groups are set up . The PhP houses are very home and comfortable. I love to go and chat with all the staff it makes my day. I love that there is room to grow along at Prairie St.johns . Thanksgiving prior weall got together and made meals . On the weekends asking to play games or some projects we all work on . Poor communication with parent/guardian. Will send youth on their way without going over discharge plans. Staff discharging my child told me I could not ask any questions about medications or anything in the discharge plan. It was above his pay grade and shrugged when I asked who could answer my questions. They did not provide any individual therapy for my child and they were there for a month. I requested to speak to a nurse that COULD answer my questions. They only offered the front desk phone and I was put on hold 3x and ... read more
I have no complaints about staff. 2 south they need someone for phone service only so family or friends can call patients. My adult son could get through for 4 days to see how he was doing. Not exceptble I in my book .
