The current manager of the complex is GREAT....so is one maintenance kid. The rest of the staff I wouldn't give you .02 cents for. The young ladies who work in that front office are rude, never follow up with promises and seem to care less for any of the current tenants.

Management causes more conflicts between tenants than are needed for management to do her job.

Glad my lease is up this month.. cockroaches spiders I would even come across wind scorpions too many critters for me also apartments really small

Prairie Springs Shameful Behavior = > the landscaping company working on the Prairie Springs, Oklahoma City property damaged my car while chopping trees/branches. When I asked them about the damage they told me they did not do it and in the same breath told me I should contact apartment office. It was surprising to notice that the only trees that had their branches down on the entire property was the trees that was chopped by the landscapers. The entire staff here is phenomenal. They'll go above and beyond to create a living experience that you won't find anywhere else. Maintenance is always timely and there is ample parking. The apartments are well lit and extremely secure. I love loving here and you will, too.

I lived in Apt 903 from 11-2011 to 06-30-13 and am a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran. My neighbor upstairs had a dog that barked all day long and I finally verbally complained then, after the dog was muzzled he learned to howl too. I filed a written complaint and the tenant moved. Becky, the manager, then knowingly leased the apt above me to a female alcoholic and I was awakened at 2 a.m by a Wichita police officer re the noise upstairs from the woman and her bf fighting. I have been at Huntington Park for more than four years and love this community. The management are always polite and helpful and the community is so peaceful. Case and Associates took over the management a couple of years ago and if anything I would say that the quality has improved over previous management. They have made many improvements to the property over the last couple of years. I would highly recommend these apartments to a friend.
