We have finally got management at Prairie Rose it is an extreme change from the old management and very lucky to have the management that we have now we look forward to many long years with them because this is our last home for a lot of people here and management is helpful. Considerate do great work get things done in a very timely manner. Heather is the best manager We could possibly ask #4 and Melissa is great at overseeing everything so we were very proud to say that once again we can feel at home in our home

Manager needs replaced. Terrible communication, wont return messages and most times not there. Taking weeks into more than a month to procure an apartment due to the managers incompetence.

This is an ideal location for a senior wanting to leave Des Moines. But still be close enough to shop and all in DM! I I was contacted in June by office. However! My sic security letter of total amount I rec vd took 5 weeks to get to me due to Covid ssworkers at home. I cannot get a response due to prairue rose phone system and new Corp owning andmanagement. Would someone please contact me from the office ? I just need to know avail. Apts and waitlist I Thank you Paramark!!
