Lost my release paperwork and clinic to remove my setures never called me causing me to go past the recommended removal time by an extra 2 weeks.
Went to prairie ridge hospital for a broken foot everything was fine. Fast forward three years later I found out they sued me for $1700 and never bothered serving me or sending anything in the mail.
Prarie ridge clinic and whatever the hospital attached is the worse. Stay out of these small columbus beaver dam etc I'd you have anything more then a cur or broken arm. They are rude. And Did absolutely no help with my mental health. Never again.
Supervising er doctor is prejudice. I came in to have some discharge looked at. He never even looked at it. He was rude as hell. I will never go back to that urgent or er.
