Yesterday, I had a 955 am appointed to see a new eye doc at Prairie Eye. II first noticed that there were more empty chairs inside upon arrival. I thought to myself that hopefully the time here wouldn't be that long.. I had gone thru the motions of eye chart exam, eye lid scan touch and dilation of both eyes with the drops during the first 90 minutes or so. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone . Used to be Good when Dr Alward did the drip less Cataract surgery . He did my right eye two years ago came out great with 20/20 no pain. Went back hoping to get the same doctor service and procedure again plus they had what lens I used before. I did the drop type cataract surgery with Dr Jones this time . He misdiagnosed my lens in left eye came out with 20/30 with different size fonts larger vision in new left eye smaller on good eye. They stated I need glasses to wear the rest ... read more
Physician was nice and informative. The experience was somewhat disappointing. This is a high volume center and if feels as though staff was working to meet a productivity goal. Nice, but surface process.
