Prairie Psychiatric is the best place to go for diagnosis and help with problems. We have been shown kindness and understanding, clear communication about procedures and testing, and easy to understand explanations. We drive over 45 minutes to this office because its so worth it!

This place has literally changed my life. They are not your typical psychiatric office. First off, the location is in an old Victorian style house. It's beautiful, but most of all it's homey. It can be very nerve wracking to some people to go to a Dr's office or hospital. This is nothing like that. On my first visit, I didn't know what to expect. Prairie Psychiatric is the type of office that you see in fiction. They not only know what they're doing, they listen to what you have to say and what you're feeling and then provide you the care you need. Sometimes, that care comes by telling you what you need to do, but more often, they tell you what their ideas are and ask for your input.
