Joel spent a good amount of his time (spread over several visits) with me and my wife and we can say without reservation that he is a true professional. He is customer oriented and very knowledgeable about the product and the process. He proved to be not only accommodating but candid as well. If you are looking for a buy at your pace with with a patient and helpful agent, Joel is your guy!
