We lived here for 4 years. We recently just moved because we needed a bigger space, but it was a good home for the stage of life we were in. We enjoyed having the Praire path close by, and it is an easy walk to Downtown Wheaton and the library. Steve is a great landlord.
The landlord is highly unethical and does not upkeep this place to modern safety standards. Stay far from this place.

Lovely apartments. Owner very nice
I was doing an inspection on an apartment considering the rental. The property manager verbally lashed out at me in a condemning tone and said I was being weird when I requested to open a higher up cabinet to inspect it. This was after a lot of pressure from him for me to sign, as well as treating me like I was ridiculous for testing things out like the coolness of the air conditioner.
