I broke the tiny screw inside my prescription glass frame. Two optometry shops in town refused to touch it for fear of breaking the frame. To my surprise, Maria, the staff optometrist at Prairie Optometry, took the screw out, installed the lens using a new screw, and make further adjustments all in matter of minutes while I waited. Her technical proficiency, accumulated over the years, was on full display during the process. I know where I'm getting my next pair of glasses ! Adam Ghavidel
I didn’t even make an appointment yet I still got serviced, would recommend awesome customer service and fast as well.
This place is SO awesome!! I got my glasses / eye exam done here twice and both times they were super sweet and considerate. I struggle with social anxiety and my nerves were insane going into it but they were so incredibly kind!! The exam itself is quick and simple, plus their glasses are so cute I got mine from the Ió:ken brand and they're gorgeous + only took a few days to come in!! 5 stars I would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for an optometry office
