Do not live at these apartments. They are way over priced and a complete dump. Management is absolutely incompetent and doesn’t ever respond. I once called the after hours line for Katz properties and they told me they didn’t have apartments in Verona. Disgusting place, put together horribly, at one point we were using another units washer / dryer bc they wouldn’t fix ours and then another to shower in because the hot water was out for almost a week…. I have tried to inquire regarding rental prices however I have gotten no response. I know there are several rentals available..so I find it odd. I did notice the sign on the front has an incorrect telephone #. There are rental flags up & down the street. Getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible.
This place is a disaster. You call for service and they don’t get back to you. They increase your rent every year with diminishing service. They don’t upgrade and the owner Katz is a complete slumlord.
I cannot NOT recommend this living community more. Maintenance requests are not handled or addressed in any capacity. I have lived here since 3/29/24 and only just recently got the washer and dryer fixed. The request was pending and I continued to bother about it for months - barely any responses. When HVAC finally came, he said “just to let you know, you have been significantly overpaying on electric since you moved in because of all of these issues”.
