I have tried to inquire regarding rental prices however I have gotten no response. I know there are several rentals available..so I find it odd. I did notice the sign on the front has an incorrect telephone #. There are rental flags up & down the street. Getting in touch with anyone is nearly impossible.
This place is a disaster. You call for service and they don’t get back to you. They increase your rent every year with diminishing service. They don’t upgrade and the owner Katz is a complete slumlord.
I cannot NOT recommend this living community more. Maintenance requests are not handled or addressed in any capacity. I have lived here since 3/29/24 and only just recently got the washer and dryer fixed. The request was pending and I continued to bother about it for months - barely any responses. When HVAC finally came, he said “just to let you know, you have been significantly overpaying on electric since you moved in because of all of these issues”. Literally the worst management ever - I had the landlord Roger change my locks as I was out of town because he claims I left my house ( I didn’t know I had to let him know if I leave town) and refused to change them back while I sat outside with my kids at 1am when we got back! Contacted their attorney and he changed my locks back within a hour and had stuff missing out of my home! Now every time I leave my house he’s outside driving by.
