This was, without exaggeration, a nightmare stay and one of the most unacceptable rental experiences I’ve ever had. The house is clearly dealing with a severe and ongoing pest infestation that should have been addressed long before anyone was allowed to stay here. Ants were absolutely everywhere—covering kitchen counters, crawling through cabinets, infesting the floors, and even appearing in the bathroom and bedrooms.
