This little community is like family. Location is great, staff excellent, and my unit has a spacey split level layout. Recommended
Trellis Management in Eden Prairie, MN. This place is getting worse than it used to be. The office is usually closed; no one answers calls if you need anything from management. Heat can not be controlled if you want to adjust it. They never reply to your requests; if they do, it is too late. I understand their maintenance is improving, but they were outstanding in the past five years. Also, neighbors do not have respect at all. At the garage's door was broken with the handle . But now already fixed it. Trisha is very good leader and care about the resident willing to help and maintenance come and fixed it, . It's very good maintenance work for Prairie. Thank you Trisha at the Prairie office.
