my experience at PH was wonderful i met some beautiful souls, MOST of the staff were wonderful and when there was issues they were usually resolved very quickly. Sherri is the absolute best, may initially come off as rude but she is lovely. vanessa and jean need to be protected at all costs, they were the most caring and understanding techs ever. i graduated march 2020 and have been sober since, and sometimes catch myself missing PH!
I absolutely do NOT recommend this treatment place. They pick favorites, allow boyfriends to come in the rooms with no supervision, they punish the girls for other girls actions and the supervisors give the girls things that’s not allowed like ecigs , cigarettes, phones . This place is unsafe and very unprofessional.

As a person who is in recovery himself, I highly recommend this place for young females. My daughter's been there for almost six months now and I am confident that she is being well taken care of and is very safe.
