A nice, clean complex with good people. The office is helpful and friendly and maintenance comes fast. My only complaint is the location, but the low price makes up for it. A great option if you're looking for somewhere affordable.
Good, reasonably priced apartments. They don't charge a bunch of hidden fees like some other places. They respond quickly to any maintenance issues you may have.
I lived here in my college years and it was perfect. The most affordable apartment I’ve ever had; the management is super flexible and caring. You’re right at the fork of 35W & 35E and surprisingly it’s really quiet.
Lived here all through grad school for 3 years. If you are looking for something affordable as you go to school or just need something affordable then this is the place. Its nothing fancy but it was home for those years. Pros: - affordable - clean - pest control every month or so and never had any pest problems - quiet, no loud music or loud people - amazon locker on site - maintenance would fix whatever we needed - no need for online portals to pay, just pay with check - management actually knew who we were within the first... read more
I have lived here for 5 years. Never had a problem with the managements. Every-time I call to make a request they get there the next day or the same day.
