Only posting this because I've tried multiple times to call, messaged and still can't get a response from this place. Communication is poor.
Great place to live! The nature is incredibly peaceful. The apartment is comfortable and updated. I enjoy living here and have lived many other places in Wisconsin and other states. I feel that this is a good value and I also enjoy being able to have the feel of a condo with the convenience of an apartment. I would recommend it!
We lived here over 5 years - before it changed to “PADDS”, it was a reliable and respectful management company. Few things to know - Don’t expect noise complaints to be handled appropriately. 2 of our neighbors moved out due to significant noise and disturbances. We also experienced it sharing a wall with the apartment. It would be so loud that our glassware would shake in our cabinets.
