Upstairs neighbors are rude and their kids knock on the floor different hours of the night. I have filed a complaint in the past but nothing has not changed. They wait for the apartment manager to leave at 5pm to start their malicious activities. They need to place sound deadener between the floor upstairs and the ceiling downstairs because this is horrendous. These apartments need to be updated.
