I became my sibling’s court appointed guardian/conservator upon the passing of her spouse/caregiver 17 months ago. I called to inquire about possible long term care for my mother. Megan was very abrupt, disinterested in helping, and unkind. Finding care for someone you love whom is on hospice is difficult, but to call a facility and have the admissions person state that they "do not have time to answer questions because they were working on a project" was very disheartening.
