Storage was clean and dry. People running the place seem busy and very unorganized. Record keeping is terrible and communication is very good. I would suggest not paying your last month. They don't like giving back your security deposit. They claimed I didn't pay my last month of rent even though I have venmo proof and credit card proof. They still owe me. UPDATE: It took a while but they finally paid me back after I showed proof.
