Bought my house in Prairie Crossing new, moved in around July 2021 and it's been just problem after problem. 1. No hot water for the first month 2. Floor board having to be replaced (it took more than 2 weeks) 3. Huge puddles in the backyard (They never leveled the ground before putting sods on 4. Roof flashings missing for 12 months 5. Paint issues They "forgot" to install roof flashings on my roof which let rain and snow in for the last 12 months.
