I assisted my neighbor in renting a unit. It was very easy to set up the account and rent the unit. It is a nice, new building. It turned out my neighbor only needed the unit for one month. Per the contract, we terminated the agreement in writting (a simple e-mail) and received confirmation within a couple hours in both text and e-mail form. I highly recommend Freedom Storage.
I moved out of my unit months ago, and they are still charging me and will not return my phone calls or emails.
