What can I say, I had a unit that a river of water flowed thru like a fresh water spring. The gate only operated 2 times out of 3 months of renting. I have moved out way over and a week before rent was do again. I moved out. They sent me a bill email style. Saying I owe 200 dollars for the rent of the unit and I have been out of there a full month and a week. Plus, they put on a 25 dollar late fee on the 3rd month. Yet, my bank statements said, I did to pay it on time.so, long story short. Don't do it!!!
