Dr McDonald is my provider and she always makes me feel valued and heard. She addresses each of my concerns with a lot of thought. She is warm and approachable and I never dread going to see my doctor! There have been times she was unavailable and Jackie Ondracek has stepped in and taken my appointment. Again, can’t say enough great things about her. I never feel rushed during my appointments and always leave knowing I’m taken well care of.

I take my grandma to her appointment today. And my husband and daughter waited in the waiting area. One of the receptionists was so rude. I’m not for sure her name but I think she might have been pregnant and she sat closest to the door to the elevator. My daughter accidentally fell and didn’t even cry the loud and basically told him to take her out by the waiting area by the elevators. She didn’t say please nothing it was so rude. Worst front office workers ever Mindy. Tried to make an appointment after being referred by our physician and got turned down by Mindy at front desk. Literally making up all the excuses on the book to not schedule me even tho we have a referral letter that was faxed to them and she refuses. We have been struggling with her for a week now and we still don’t have an appointment. We have even changed people to talk to her because she is extremely difficult.
