Worst front office workers ever Mindy. Tried to make an appointment after being referred by our physician and got turned down by Mindy at front desk. Literally making up all the excuses on the book to not schedule me even tho we have a referral letter that was faxed to them and she refuses. We have been struggling with her for a week now and we still don’t have an appointment. We have even changed people to talk to her because she is extremely difficult. If I could give this less than 1 star I would. My mom was diagnosed with Lung cancer we were referred over to Dr Strom he is only in the office every other week. We booked an appt they called back a few hours later said he was leaving early that dy so we moved it to early that morning. They then called the day before to tell me he would not be in the office and so we needed to reschedule another 2 weeks out. I refused he ended up seeing my mom in the nursing home that day. Since moving to their new location, the flow and check in process has improved greatly. They have providers representing multiple generations and are always quick to respond to inquiries or appointments requests.
Got turned away for a follow up ER visit by a women named Mindy, not sure her exact title but this is who spoke to me once I asked for a supervisor or manager. Before I could even finish my "complaint" frustration she said "ok im going to stop you right there" and went on her high horse instead of just making sure things get resolved.
