While living there always problems with maintenance getting done, also office always closed early, management has changed twice since then so not sure if things have improved
Fix the potholes like you guys adopted all the potholes in South bend and said this parking lot is your home now you don't plow in surprised you haven't been sued from driving through your parking lot whip lash back or neck injury do better

One star is way too kind!!!!!!!!!!. Our good friend who is disabled has lived there three years, he is so discouraged with what’s going on there. Three years and nothing‘s been fixed on his initial inspection sheet. Upstairs tenants bathroom has flooded down into his apartment twice now and they never take care of anything. Management was notified of a problem in the upstairs bathroom and they were supposed to take care of it yesterday but never did.
