Bad communication. Was told I was approved August 2023 and would be able to move in by end of the year and that didn’t happen. The worst property community in South Bend!! It’s been 7 months since I moved out and I still have not gotten my deposit back. I took the proper streps by submitting a 60 day notice to let them know I am moving. AMBER KING is the worst property manager they ever have had.
