RecommendedI had been in a three car accident in which I was rear ended and was in need of a good body shop. I went to Prailey's and would give a five star rating. First of all with the virus being a concern to many this facility was totally sanitized and practicing guidelines going beyond to be sure that I was safe. Very good at being in touch. Twice in 6 months I have destroyed my car with deer and both times I got my car back good as new as if nothing ever happened! Absolutely amazing service and people! I would recommend Prailey’s Auto for your collision needs!
My car was returned to me with a few issues. After speaking with Scott and Mitch they offered to fix the problems. I brought the car from the other side of the city and will update this after my concerns are addressed the the car is repaired with more attention to detail. Excellent work and great people, I highly recommend them.
I have a 2008 convertible beetle. It was possessed. The drivers side window would go up and down whenever it felt like. It would lock without my permission and if I would attempt to open the door, the alarm would go off and scare the � out of me! Thanks to Prailey’s Auto Body’s exorcism, ‘Christine’ is back to her jovial cute little self! Now if you guys could do something about this weather then I can go topless! Worst auto body shop in the world do not use them I took my Mustang there to have a seat taken out and carpet removed when I pick my car up it had scratches all over from the body shop they beat your car to hell go to Jeff elstner Body Shop in West Elizabeth
