Arrived 25 mins early to the appointment, filled out paperwork, sat for another hour, got called back for vitals, and got sent back to the lobby for another 25 mins. When they finally called us back to the rooms, a new MA was going to take vitals again, and I questioned why, and she said she didn't look at the chart. She really didn't look at the charts because she asked us everything that we had already filled out on the paperwork pertaining to medical history (10 mins). Went to this location for treatment. Arrived on time then waited for an hour in the waiting room. Finally got taken back and started an IV. Waited for an additional 3 hours. The person ahead of me was upset because he had been waiting longer than me. I finally had enough and told the nurse I was leaving. They tried to convince me to stay but I wasn't having it.
