Their office staff is unprofessional and have communication problems. I had scheduled week ahead. To be rescheduled day of and was told I was never on the schedule for the marked day that my significant other and I both heard clearly over the phone as we mark it down. I only gave this place a chance because it was recommended to me by family, but I wouldn't reciprocate this gesture to anyone.

Dr. Katoch is a great doctor! She is very knowledgeable, spends adequate time with patients & explains well plan of action & treatment. She is pleasant & so is the staff.

I would have given zero stars, but that was not an option. I visited the office with major concerns and it seemed like herself and her nurses only concerns were getting to lunch. She made no attempt to listen or help. She prescribed medication with no instruction or interactions with other medications she prescribed. At the end of the appointment the nurse asked if I needed a work excuse and when it was presented there were multiple spelling errors and the return to work date was 7 years in the past.
