Who do I pay rent to
I have been trying to reach Prager For the longest no-one has answered my calls, emails texts or anything. My hot water has been out for weeks. I cant get in my portal. This is awful. I remember a couple of months ago someone came out to my home to inspect I wonder if it was another leasing company. I'm lost how does this thing work when another leasing company takes over.

Have anyone heard from Prager property management, my portal was deactivated and everyone who I’ve spoke with who rented me the house phones are no longer in service. I heard Vine brook homes is the new. Is there anyone else with this issue? I wasn’t sent out a letter nor a email about this change I’m just in the dark.
Highly unprofessional organization not paying their vendors. Phone number not working. 1,700.00 later still not paid for work performed on rental properties. Do NOT work with these people.
