We’ve loved the area and the perks of living downtown, but the building is old and not maintained well. In the summer, it is HOT. Our AC has gone out like 4 times and maintenance eventually brought us a temporary window unit. Classy. We were grateful for it, but we had to gripe a lot to get it and it took more than a week in July heat. In the winter, the windows are not well insulated. Our blinds would literally blow while we laid in bed. My neighbor said her unit was struggling to stay at 65. Our fridge leaked the entire ti... read more

We are using an airbnb on the 7th floor. What a delightful find. Very classy. Has everything you need and amazing views of the Waco skyline from The Silos to The Baylor stadium. The first floor is a coffee shop and store/hangout space. So great.
