This company took over my current tenants contract when I switched over from another company. They were able to keep all of my same agreements for the tenant so the transition was smooth for everyone involved. I have been with them for about a year, and I get monthly reports from the owner. The reports give updates on the local California law and legislation. As well as Any impacts to landlords and tenants in the area. Praecelsus managed my property for four years during the Covid era. During this time frame, Peter (the owner of the company) was not only up to date on all the city ordinances but was a visionary for how proposed changes to these ordinances could potentially impact home owners.
