Corley, Tarnisha and Ed are great!!
Trying to book the room over the phone was awful because it was automated. When checking in the lady at the front desk was not very friendly at all. And the breakfast was not good at all. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and ac worked great.
I'm not gonna lie y'all. My heart was hurt after this trip. I came last year during November from Florida b/c it specifically had an indoor pool and bonus it was HEATED. So I'm excited to visit again that I booked a room 2 weeks in advance knowing I wanted it for this exact same reason so my baby can swim in it. Sigh the agony to find out the DAY I check in, the pool and hot tub heating element is off/not working due to pool maintenance. I was like okay cool. Very friendly front desk man, was nice when called down couple times also. Linens we clean but did have a few small stains that are unflattering. Rooms were clean, including bathroom. We got in late and had late supper so won't be testing breakfast, we're gonna sleep in. Location isn't great but MUCH better than Jackson. Had a good A/C unit but wasn't that hot our stay, good TV with channels, no guide tho. The "gated' parking isn't a secure lot, only controlled access for vehicles not pedestrians.
