I’ve gotten to know Cindy Park from Prado Group and have always been impressed by her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and integrity. Through her, I’ve also learned how Prado Group approaches development with a focus on community values, seeking to add lasting benefit not just to the built environment but to the neighborhood as a whole. She’s also introduced me to people in her network who speak very highly of her, which only reinforces the respect she and Prado Group have earned.

I’ve been truly impressed with the renovations to this apartment community. The updates to the landscaping and amenity areas have completely transformed the property — everything feels modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The upgraded clubhouse has been a huge benefit for my work-from-home routine, offering a great space to focus outside of my apartment. Slum lords. They buy up apartment complex’s and then exploit tenants. Money over people. This is what’s destroying the world.
