Slum lords. They buy up apartment complex’s and then exploit tenants. Money over people. This is what’s destroying the world.
Hated dealing with this company. They let my downstairs neighbor play obnoxious music all the time and when I played my violin every so occasionally (much less frequently) they send the super down to tell me to stop. Also they had a part of the building collapse while I was renting and they sent me to live in possibly the worst apartment in existence while it was being repaired.
