After 1 1/2 years of physical therapy six neck injection, pain medications, after a car accident Dr, Setty repeated my MRI and took the next required steps a (Cervical Fusion surgery) at Royal Oak. I was in the hospital 4 days and Dr.Setty came each day answered all my questions. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, compassionate, neurosurgeon. I had 2 previous cervical spine surgeries in the past 14 years. During this time I have continued experiencing complications. Dr Setty’s operation on April 15 2026 not only corrected the herniated disk, but also successfully removed some hardware and a bone spur which contributed to my complications. The operation went extremely well! At only 3 weeks into my recovery, my complications have disappeared. I am extremely grateful to Dr Setty and his entire Team for all that they are doing for me.
Dr. Setty is a very talented and educated Neurosurgeon. February 2025 my husband had a L4-L5 spinal fusion. Before surgery he could not walk without severe pain and his life was quite debilitating. The spinal fusion he had took around 30-40 minutes and my husbands nerve pain and weakness were instantly relieved. After a few months he was able to resume his normal activities.
