This business is very unprofessional! I had to call back 3 times just to get them to follow up in regards to questions about my insurance. The office manager (who they now claim is on leave) provided me with the wrong info and told me my copay was only $30. I told her to go ahead and book the appt. I get there today 06/12/2025 and not only did they take FOREVER to get me signed in, the rep up front tells me its going to be $275. I told her that its is not what I was quoted. Dr Mohan I consider him my hero he help my when an artery catheter went wrong and tore a vein in my arm. Back in 2019 He considerate and very professional I would recommend him with the upmost respect
I made an appointment that took over a month to get. Once I arrived for my appointment I, sat there and completed several forms I was asked for my credit card information. I was not allowed to see the doctor because I refused to allow this office to keep my credit card info in case they wanted to charge me a “no show” fee in the future. Another patient who overheard my disagreement with the office staff told me that she also was denied treatment for similar reasons.
