Today I had a service and it was the worst experience. First, the woman at the front desk was very unfriendly. Then I went in and the girl who started the service did a good job, but halfway through she cut two of my nails and never came back. Instead, she sent a man who clearly didn’t know how to cut, file, or paint nails—he did a terrible job. Honestly, do not go there; the service at Prada Nails Spa is awful.
Tiffany is the best, she exceeds my expectations and my nails always end up looking extremely good. The place is clean and inviting. Highly recommended
Quy did an excellent powder manicure. He is very meticulous and a perfectionist, which I very much appreciate! The shape and length are exactly how I like and are consistent on each nail. They literally look perfect!
