Avia Allen and Or… we build an ADU and we interview 8 different companies and we are so happy we went with PRADA. the process was very smooth and easy to understand each step. The communication was great and the site was organized during the whole time. Whoever is looking for the best design and build team Prada is the number 1 choice.
Our bathrooms were refinished by the seller before we bought the house, so I knew it might have hidden problems we didn’t see. Fast forward to three years later, the problems were so glaring that we had to get help: the tiles were cupping because of the underlying frame getting deformed with moisture, and we had ants crawling from all kinds of creaks that were supposed to be water tight, including behind the shower door rails and the faucet opening. Hi All I found Prada builders group throw a mutual friend that also did a project with Prada. Me and my wife needed additional room the host our family when they are coming to visit And we end up doing a garage conversion (JADU) The process of the plans and the city took us about three months And for the construction part Prada builders completed the project less the three months!
