I have been a patient of Dr. Zelenka for several years. She is a very professional, caring, knowledgeable, compassionate professional. I was a hot mess when I first started seeing her. She spent a lot of time with me going over all my issues. She listened and addressed everything. She completed a thorough exam, sent me for blood work and scheduled a follow up appointment. Dr. Z is just wonderful! And, the medical and clerical staff at her office is on point!
I started going to her years ago when she was on countryway near the library. I loved her and the front office was great. She had 1 lady working for her. I’ve referred 6 people to her practice. The last 3 years or so the front office grew and became pure chaos. I changed insurance carriers and called them to ask if they accepted my new plan. Never received a call back. Dr. Zelenka is pleasant and very professional. I have been seeing her for over 2 years. I have low white blood cells and she is successfully assisting me to get the numbers up. She avoids prescribing medicine, but insteads recommends supplements, which I prefer. If I do not choose to use them or they don't work for me, she keeps working with me till she finds what does work. I highly recommend Dr. Zelenka.
