I wish that I could have had all of the positive experiences others have commented about! I made an online booking with Practicar weeks before my trip to Victoria BC, but there was never any contact from their end. I tried to email them but the email bounced back repeatedly, and then when I called and left numerous voice messages there was never any call back. No return call. Very disappointing.
Uhaul knows how to make a reservation but doesn't know how to hold a reservation! When Uhaul central told us that they don't have the truck that we booked 1 month ago I searched on google to find another place. I found Practicar and read the reviews about the awesome Tina! Yes she is really awesome! She found us a new vehicle, made all the arrangements and solved our problem and saved our day! You are amazing Tina! Thank you again! YOSSI B.
