This is the same company I have been dealing with since November 2017 but different address they installed 16 hurracane proof windows the instalers did a terrible job with trim around every window there are gasps they have been out three times three leaks later I am looking for a window installer to come fix the terrible unprofessional job they did.. Check and make sure the company has good installers this one is bad I hate to give them even one star
I purchased my home in September 2019 with it being contingent upon the windows being replaced by Practical Windows & Doors. One window was going to be replaced later because the wrong size was ordered. The windows passed inspection, but then in November 2019, the maintenance man and building inspector noticed that the windows were not installed correctly. I wish I had read the reviews on this company first. Terrible service would not really define what they do and offer. Two years and waiting for the job to be complete. They win the prize for the worst. I have never ever seen anything like this company. .....ever. A complete lack of regard for their customers. Marilyn
Stayl away from this company. Yes run fast!
RUN from this company. It took Practical Windows & Doors over 1 year to properly install 10 windows, 1 sliding glass door and 2 exterior doors. My husband and I approved the quote and final measurement were taken April 2018, the job was not completed until June 2019. It was a nightmare. During the 1-1/2 year long fiasco they forgot to order some of the windows with the original order, installed a sliding glass door made from regular tempered glass when we paid for hurricane rated (they tried to tell us that’s what we ord... read more
