I was very impressed with Jesse and Practical Renovations. My rental property (located across the state) needed work done in the bathroom. He took the time to talk me through what may be the issue, offered to go look at it with the tenant, and then kept me involved throughout the process. I took a gamble and was very happy with the honest and quality work.

Recently we had a renovation of our kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry room. The work was superb and we are very pleased with the results. Jesse worked with us to make sure that everything was done at or beyond our expectations. Any issues or questions were resolved easily and relatively quickly. When problems arose, they put the time and effort in to make sure that the best solution was arrived at, and the final solution was one that both looked great and would be durable.

I hired Practical Renovations to do a gut remodel of my bathroom, along with expanding the space to include an old and poorly insulated closet. I am THRILLED with the result. I went from a small and dated bathroom to a huge bathroom with amazing high end details including a walk in shower, heated floors, and updated lighting. We hired Jesse to repair/reinforce a sagging second story porch and couldn't be more satisfied. He was very flexible and communicative throughout the process. Most importantly, the structure is now bomb-proof! Would recommend to anyone for projects large or small in scope.
