Stellar customer service that was very quick to service my repair. They were able to send out a service technician to check the issue the same day I called, then came back early the next morning to get started. Roger was very pleasant, answered any questions I had, and quickly got the job done within 2 hours. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues you have and will definitely be using them again in the future. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Roger did a great job and was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. Once he knew what I needed for the job, he went and purchased the parts and came back and installed it in short order. He also was very respectful of my property and he wore proper clothing (shoe covers etc.) and he also cleaned up after himself.Thanks Roger and Thanks Practical Plumbing.

I am writing to express ongoing dissatisfaction and frustration with the ductwork installed at my house by HVAC Practical Heating, Air and Plumbing Company, now known as Practical Plumbing Services. The new ductwork was installed on December 21, 2021, it cost several thousand dollars. We had a great experience with Mr. Roger. We needed to replace my mom's water heater, and he was knowledgeable, polite, and kept my mom informed throughout the entire process. He arrived on time and was so professional. I was so nervous because we've had bad experiences in the past with other companies but NOT this time. My mom is happy which makes me happy to share this great review. Highly recommend!
