They never answer their phone, and their voice mail box is always full. I’ve been trying to call for weeks & weeks about my son having seizures. They could not care less. I finally caught their voice mail box with room in it and left voice mails, twice, and still have not received a response. I’m forced to find a different pediatrician.
Very thankful for this office. Dr. Shelly and Dr. Lauren are so great with my special needs/medically complex 2 year old.
We love this practice. Yes you may wait a bit, but it is because he is so wonderful with his patients.
As a new mom, I chose this pediatrician because they’re so close to home. But every visit my baby and I end up waiting over an hour to see the doctor, and it’s been beyond frustrating. I thought it might be a one-off, but after four appointments it’s obvious they’re constantly overbooking. It’s really unfair to expect a newborn to go that long between feedings and naps. I hope they fix their scheduling soon but in the meantime, I’ll be looking for care elsewhere.
