Very professional yet quite personable.
Dr Pandey damaged my husband’s penis when he removed a stint. The assistant pretty well poured the lidocaine on the pad. Dr Pandey told my husband he would stop the procedure if he continued to yell! A stint should have urine that burns up to 4 days not continuous past 1 month! I think he wanted insurance money because he could have used a stint with a strong attached.
I drove far and took off work. Doctor Pandey hadn't looked at my records and images and had to reschedule. The office had me pay a copay that I don't have. When confronted by the insurance company they denied everything and Even said they didn't make me pay the copay they just asked me for it Like it was a donation. Doctors who lie like this are scary
Excellent Medical facility. Very professional. Extremely well organized. Answered every question I asked in a friendly Straightforward nature.
Dr. Pandey is a very caring doctor. Explains each procedure very thoroughly so his patient understands what his next steps are. He doesn't rush into any undo testing without explaining why it's needed.
