I took my husband in to be seen for a severe bladder infection. At least that is what the ER doctors called it when I had to take him in a few days later for the very same infection. Dr. Prabhakar had told my husband that the puss in his urine was "just sediment, that's normal" and "nothing to worry about" without ever doing a blood draw to check his white cell count. We basically begged this doctor for antibiotics, to which he very reluctantly agreed. Or so we thought. He never called it in.

I think this Doctor should be banned from ever doing surgery again. I went to see him for kidney stones, 15 of them to be exact. Lithotripsy Surgery was scheduled for the right kidney. He tore a large hole in my ureter, NEVER told me or my family this happened, gave me no pain meds and sent me home. 8hrs later an ambulance took me to a different hospital and I was told what happened. My dx: SARS, Toxicity, Torn Ureter and Sepsis. Intensive care and 5surgeries and a new Dr saved my life n kidney

Why is it taking 28 days to schedule a test that was already done. My initial referral for this problem was dated Sept. 22nd 2017. Finally saw the urologist in November. he says I need surgery. Dr. Pandey is the one I need to see. Scheduled a surgical consult. I waited 31 days to see Dr Pandey, for him to spend 3 minutes in the exam room & put me off for another 28 day to do a test I have already done. Meanwhile my bladder & rectum are prolapsed into my Vagina.

Almost impossible to get an office procedure scheduled if you are a hospital patient. When office appointment was obtained, there was a 2 hour wait after the appointment time

Dr. Pandey spoke with me for about one minute after he performed a uteroscopy in which he could not find the 6-7mm kidney stone that showed on several CT scans. He gave me no explanation. I thought the stone had passed somehow. Follow up 2 months later showed the stone was still there. He was very aggravated and forceful when removing the stent. It was a very uncomfortable procedure that left me feeling very awkward. Again he barely spoke to me. I felt dehumanized.
