My rheumatolgist retired suddenly after 16 years of seeing her. She was incredible. I was referred to this clinic and was siloed into Prabha's care. MD - Ranganathan is the opposite of what I had from my previous MD. She has very little bed side manner, treats with very single vision, (RA) is all she cared about and my lack of insurance and how I was going to solve that. I am a self payer and made that known when setting the appointment. I left her office in tears and the care was sub - par at best.
